The Award Ceremony of 2012/2013 Visionary Sustainable Design –Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards for Elite and series of activities (2013 International Creative Mask Show and 2013 International Design Master Forum) were held on Oct.18th and Oct.19th  in 2013 respectively in Zhuhai, China and China Macao Administrative Region. These events are hosted by APDC Asia Pacific Design Center, which is the member group of International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers(IFI).

On Oct.18th, guests from home and abroad, including designers from Canada, France, Italy, Finland, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, mainland China, Hongkong, Macao and other countries, domestic and foreign design authorities and award-winning designers all gathered in Zhuhai Dehan Hotel (International Conference Centre (hotel), which is the landmark building in Zhuhai City. All the guests have witnessed the annual festival of Asia Pacific interior design industry.

2012/2013 Asia-Pacific Interior Design Awards for Elite was authorized by International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers(IFI), which is considered as the “United Nations” of the Interior Architecture/Design field. The year 2013 is the 50th anniversary of IFI, therefore, all winning designers have got certificates and medasl which include the signature of 50th anniversary of IFI. These medals and certificates are not only of very commemorative collection value, but also historic record of each winning designer’s glory.

This award ceremony has gained support from Zhuhai Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Zhuhai Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau. At the same time, the ceremony has a strong lineup of guests. In addition to the representative of the International Federation of Interior Architects/Designers(IFI), there are great and important representatives from UNESCO city of Design for St-Etienne, France, South Korean Interior Designers Association (KOSID), Chinese and Western Culture Creative Industries Promotion Association (Macao), City University of Macao, China National Interior Decoration Association, Guangdong Designer Center, Xiamen Interior Decoration Association, ShanTou Decoration Industry Association, Zhuhai Interior Design Association and other government organs, institutions, associations and universities.
