AWARDS 2012/2013 was officially launched

On May 26-28, State Intellectual Property Office, Jiangsu Provincial People's Government hosted the ninth International Industrial Design Expo, Mr. Claude Bérubé, the president of the Asia Pacific Design Center / Asia Pacific Federation of Interior Designers, announced to the industry, APDC AWARDS 2012/2013 Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards For Elite is officially launched, Mr. Claude Bérubé also announced that the theme of the event as " Visionary Design ".

 

The tournament will be more pursuit of the high standard of works. In order to let domestics and abroad designers have more time to prepare the works carefully, the event will be hold for a year. Collecting works since June 2012, and collecting due on Jan. 31st 2013. Works and the participating institutions (designers) compared to the previous years’ competition system have more overseas exchanges and promotional opportunities during the event.

 

The Competition Organizing Committee will invite elites from mainland China, Hong Kong, China Macau, China Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Canada, the United States and other Asia-Pacific various countries and regions to join. The works will be received three meticulous and careful reviews by international jury. The results of the reviews by the President Jury will be sealed, and will be published in the ceremony on May 2013.

 

 

 

The last event review:APDC AWARDS "Sustainable・Comfortable Space -2011 Asia Pacific Design Awards for Elite" was hold in Wuxi Museum on 25th November 2011. Participants from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Dubai, Italy, France, Holland, Denmark, Canada, China Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, other countries and regions of the award-winning designers, domestic and overseas guests and design experts gathered in Wuxi city landmark building Wuxi Museum, witness the glorious moment of Asia Pacific Interior design industry. Served by the International Federation of Interior Architects designer Coalition (IFI) rotating presidency, the international design authority of APDC the Asia-Pacific Design Center president Claude Bérubé, with other authorities from France, Germany, and Shanghai, China attended in the award of a series of activities, Wuxi City Mayor Zhu Kejiang issued the highest award of APDC sustainable design Award to Malaysia winning designers and awards had been consistent with a high degree of recognition of the industry in China and abroad.
